· Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads (Instant Forms), including Dubai Realty Compass registrations

· Our website's contact and inquiry forms

· Event and webinar registration pages

· Direct WhatsApp, phone, or email communication with our team

When you submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, your information is transferred from Meta's platform directly to our systems (including our CRM), and Meta's own Data Policy also applies to how they handle your data on their platform.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

· CRM and marketing technology providers we use to store leads and manage follow-up communication (including WhatsApp Business API providers and email service providers)

· Property developers, builders, or project owners whose listings you have expressed interest in

· Regulatory or government authorities, if required by law

Any third party we share data with is required to protect it and use it only for the purpose for which it was shared.
